The HAAKE MiniJet Pro microinjection molding instrument is a laboratory equipment specially developed for injection molding of small amounts of samples (2ml-12.5ml). It adopts a vertical design, which is convenient for feeding and operation. It can be used alone or in combination with the micro mixing rheometer HAAKE MiniLab II and the micro twin-screw extruder HAAKE Process 11 to prepare various standard stretching, impact and other spline samples for other physical performance tests. Its unique LCD controller with digital display function can record and store data.

Using the Thermo Scientific HAAKE MiniJet Pro piston injection molding system can eliminate concerns about limited material quantities and produce samples of different geometric sizes. Efficiently prepare samples with a material volume as low as 2 to 5 mL, thereby effectively reducing costs.

When used in conjunction with the Thermo Scientific HAAKE MiniLab micro mixer, Thermo Scientific HAAKE MARS, or Thermo Scientific HAAKE RheoStress 6000 rotational rheometer, the HAAKE MiniJet Pro piston injection molding system provides a complementary solution for product development and research.
